Good afternoon, 2024 was a very hard year for me. It was a year of loss; my income changed, and I lost my apartment, resulting in my relocating. The transmission went out in my car, and I called the credit union and asked them to come pick it up. When I became employed, I wanted to do the right thing. I began to make payments to repay the loan obligations that I had. At first, I didn’t see the loan move. I received a call from a young lady named Latifah M. She explained how modifying my loan payments could benefit my account. I am truly grateful for the customer/ member care and professionalism that I received from Mrs. M. regarding my situation. Training and communication are everything. Mrs. M, thank you for your service. You are greatly appreciated. Amazing customer service! And, super quick loan approval! 2 days ago found car online at local dealership. Called Champions First CU during lunch break to get pre-approved (current loan promo is best rate we could find). Selected loans in automated phone system and Sheree picked up right away. She took info over phone and submitted request before my 30 minute lunch was over. We were pre-approved by the time I got off work, went to dealership, bought car, and drove it home. Yesterday morning emailed buyer order to Sheree. She had loan approved same day. Signed loan docs using cell phones…very easy. We wanted to hand deliver check to dealership. Sheree made it happen. CU actually stayed opened a few minutes after 5pm for us. Highly recommend Sheree and Champions First CU. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been a member of Champions First CU since the late 80’s. I had such an amazing experience with my loan officer that I had to share. Bought out my vehicle lease and had the pleasure of collaborating with Sheree W. as my loan officer. Wow, she was amazing from our first conversation until the completion of my refinance loan. I originally reached out to her 3 months prior to my vehicle lease ending to discuss my options and interest rates. Shortly after we spoke, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my vehicle. She guided me through the process while keeping the lines of communications open every step of the way. Even after my refinance was complete with Champions First Credit Union Sheree reached out to let me know that she received the title and other documents from prior leasing institution.
