Employee of the Year Honor Awarded to Ramsey Schafer

Champions First Credit Union is pleased to recognize Ramsey Schafer with the Employee of the Year award! Ramsey serves as the Financial Services Center Representative II at the North Monroe branch.

Ramsey is known among her peers and team as dedicated and energetic. According to Joshua Griep, a Loan Underwriter for the credit union and Ramsey’s supervisor: “Ramsey is the epitome of hard-working. Her number of calls taken is consistently in the top all while she is leading the other team members and monitoring service level standards. Ramsey is devoted to serving the membership, always puts the needs of the department above her own, and never has a day when she doesn’t give 100% effort at her craft. I am so proud to have her on my team and she is truly deserving of this award.”

When asked for a quote that inspires Ramsey in her day-to-day life she replied: “Stay Positive… Work Hard… Make it Happen!” As a member of our  Financial Services Center, Ramsey proudly offers guidance and support to our members. Thank you, Ramsey, for being a champion for the Champions First Credit Union membership!
