Fourth-Quarter Champion Award Goes to Ashlee Young

The Champions First Credit Union quarterly Champion Award recognizes a team member who personifies our mission of maximizing members’ financial well-being and strives to be a champion for our credit union and its members. The recipient is chosen based on nominations from credit union employees.

We are pleased to announce the final 2022 winner is branch supervisor Ashlee Young. Following the merger with FDOT Credit Union, Ashlee was tasked with taking on a new team and new responsibilities as a branch supervisor and help navigate members through the merger process. Here are what her teammates wrote about Ashlee:

“Ashlee has grown in her knowledge and in her roles this year but has also done so while taking on a new branch and working through some tough situations and scenarios. She always has positive attitude and is willing to go extra mile and doesn’t cut corners while leading with tenacity.”

“Ashlee has been through a lot of change throughout this year with the credit union, from being an MSS at the Campus branch to moving over to the branch supervisor role and leading a team through the merger. I have worked with Ashlee through this time and have seen her blossom. She has helped to ease the FDOT members and employees through the transitions of the year, helped answer countless questions, all while providing members with help on loans and other credit union offerings.”
