Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI)

If you’ve received a letter about providing proof of insurance on your car or home financed with us, or if you’ve recently seen an insurance premium added to you loan balance, please call our 24-hour insurance help desk at (877) 875-2923.

Order Checks

If you didn’t order checks when you opened your membership account, visit one of our branches or call (877) 463-7828 to complete your check order. To re-order checks, you can visit ordermychecks.com, email [email protected], or call us at (877) 463-7828. You will need your account and routing numbers to reorder checks. Change of Address Form

The Credit Union is required to have an authorized signature on file before making any changes to a member’s personal information. Please print and complete this form. Return it to the office via mail (must be notarized) or drop it off in person any branch with a copy of your ID.
