Kaycee is a true leader who demonstrates what it means to be a champion. She actively engages with her community through the Wakulla Chamber of Commerce, steps into any role her branch needs, and leads her team at the Crawfordville Branch with enthusiasm and adaptability. Her dynamic leadership is felt by both her team and her community.

 

Champion for Community Engagement

Kaycee proactively seeks opportunities to support her community, participating in events individually and with her team. Whether through the 4-H contest, recent Halloween events, hurricane relief efforts, or the recent ribbon-cutting, she continually demonstrates her dedication to making a difference.

Heather redefines service within her department and across the Credit Union. Although not in a front-line role, her dedication to helping others is unwavering. Heather’s curiosity and drive to learn make her an invaluable team member. She regularly seeks opportunities to deepen her understanding of Credit Union operations, often volunteering for tasks beyond her daily responsibilities. From working on call reports to gaining insights into our tax data, her initiative has broadened her knowledge and ability to serve our members and team more effectively.
